In this Privacy Policy, "Personal Information" refers to information about a living individual as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Act"), which can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, or other descriptions contained in the information, or which includes a personal identification code.
We collect the following personal information through the Service.
We use the collected personal information for the following purposes:
In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, the above purposes of use are specified within the scope that users can reasonably and generally anticipate.

We implement the following measures for the secure management of personal information to prevent leakage, loss, or damage:
We will not provide users' personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
We outsource part of the operations necessary for the Service to external service providers and may provide personal data to these partners to the extent necessary. Our partners operate from data centers located in Japan (Tokyo region, etc.), and personal data is stored within Japan. We select partners that we recognize as handling personal data appropriately and require them to properly manage and maintain confidentiality of personal data through contracts and other means.
※ Regarding payment processing by Stripe: Credit card information is not transmitted through our servers, but is sent directly from the user's browser to Stripe using Stripe Elements technology. We only share metadata such as Payment Intent ID, order amount, and user ID with Stripe, and do not retain card numbers, expiration dates, security codes, or other payment information.
In accordance with the amendment to the Personal Information Protection Act Enforcement Rules (effective April 2024), we understand the external environment of our business partners as follows:
The above business partners are companies headquartered in the United States. While the data itself is processed and stored in Japan regions, because the parent companies are US-incorporated, theoretically there remains a possibility of access requests to personal data from foreign government agencies under foreign laws such as the US CLOUD Act (Clarifying Lawful Overseas Use of Data Act). With this external environment understanding, we have taken the following measures:
Under the Personal Information Protection Act, users have the following rights regarding their retained personal data held by us:
We do not charge fees for requests for disclosure of retained personal data. However, if disclosure requests are excessively repeated or clearly without reason, we may charge a reasonable fee.
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that personal information has been provided by a child under 13, we will promptly delete such information.
The following describes the location of personal data processing and cross-border data transfers in the Service:

All of our primary service providers — including web infrastructure (Vercel Inc.), database (Prisma Data, Inc.), payment processing (Stripe, Inc.), and email delivery (Resend, Inc.) — are configured to use Japan regions.
The Service is configured so that all business partners process and store data in Japan regions, and no personal data is transferred outside Japan at this time. However, because the parent companies of our business partners are US-incorporated, we have taken the following measures:
We regularly review our operational status regarding the handling of personal information and strive for continuous improvement. We may change this Privacy Policy as necessary.
